Tri Luma Cream

After pregnancy, I started noticing unattractive dark spots across my face and neck. My dermatologist said that is is a skin condition called melasma and affects many women that just gave birth. As I was not breastfeeding, I was given a prescription for tri luma cream, which according to my doctor is one of the leading skin solution products for mild to severe melasma.

This product contains triple-combination topical therapy that is meant for short term use, usually for up to eight weeks. How Does It Work

Tri Luma Cream is to be used for short term only, of around four to eight weeks. A pea size amount is sufficient to apply to the affected area and the skin surrounding it. Gently rub in circular motion or until after it is fully absorbed. Do not use more than what your doctor recommended as this may lead to skin irritations.

One thing to be careful of when under the tri luma cream regimen is to avoid sun exposure, strong winds or extreme heat and cold. As this product contains hydroquinone, it will have adverse effect on your skin one it is exposed to the mentioned elements. This will also prevent the solution from being fully effective.
